Your privacy is important. Your data belongs to you. I manage your data in the same way I want my own personal information to be managed.

Collection of your personal data

I only collect personal data essential to perform the photographic services contracted. You can consult, correct or ask me to delete this information at any time.

What personal data do I collect?

I collect contact information in order to organize, carry out and invoice photography jobs. Specifically they are: First and last names, address, email, phone number, ID number.

For portrait and wedding photography, I collect biographical information about your interests, work, families, how you met, name on Facebook or Instagram etc. I do this to inspire and guide my professional photography.

I only collect sensitive personal data (ethnicity, health status, religious beliefs, political opinions and sexual orientation) when necessary to perform the job. For example, in case of a wedding with religious ceremony or a same-sex marriage.

Protection of your data

I am the only person with access to your data. Both my computers and my phone are password enabled.

How I store your personal information

Contact data is stored with Apple iCloud. They are synchronized between my phone and computers. The information is encrypted according to Apple's privacy policy.

My job files and billing data: I use Light Blue Software to manage my jobs. The information is stored on their servers to synchronize between my computers and phone. Light Blue

Images

Images are not considered personal data. They are artistic photographs. Copyright and usage rights belong to the photographer. That said, I only publish images with the permission of my clients. If at some point in the future the client asks me to download a photo, I always do. I want to have happy clients. I am very grateful to clients who allow me to post photos because it is the best way to show my work to new clients.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

I use Mailchimp (for Newsletters) and Facebook (for social media). Mailchimp and Facebook are registered with the US Privacy Shield. This means that the European Commission trusts the data protection they offer.
